GLF Schools

GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Equality

Pine Ridge & Lorraine Federation’s Equality Statement

Rationale:

At Pine Ridge & Lorraine Federation, we ensure that every child has an equal opportunity to engage in all aspects of school life.  We celebrate the abilities and achievements of all pupils and are dedicated to creating the best possible learning environment for each student.  Our inclusive, high-quality curriculum focuses on imparting knowledge, developing skills, and fostering positive attitudes, without discrimination based on ability, gender, race, class, or disability.

GLF Schools' Equality Statement

GLF Schools recognises and celebrates the diversity of its schools and their communities.  There is a shared commitment across the Trust to develop further a culture of respect, where discrimination is not tolerated and individuals are treated equitably and fairly and feel a sense of belonging.  We strive for an inclusive environment where staff, children and students are comfortable to express their own identity, should they wish, in which diversity and inclusion is of mutual benefit for everyone in our schools.
