Local Author, Alison Simpson, Visits Pine Ridge and Lorraine

On Monday, Pine Ridge and Lorraine welcomed local author Alison Simpson into our schools.  She spent time in the Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 classrooms reading her book ‘Bodhi the Pirate Dog’.  The children learnt about the process of creating a book, Alison’s dog Bodhi and were able to share their own imaginative ideas.  The children were very excited and had an opportunity to ask Alison lots of question.  If you would like a copy of Alison’s book, please follow the link to her website!
